По-моему, очень плохая статья. В ней всё правильно, но чтобы это обнаружить, надо уже знать то, что в ней прямо не сказано. Узнать, почему так, из неё невозможно.
Может быть, по ссылкам есть лучшие статьи. Мне лень смотреть, я и так это давно знаю.
