Так тогда он не "фрукт", а "fruit" (в первую очередь "плод"), с этим вопросов не было :-) По Ожегову (http://ak.ak22.net/dict/?ex=Y&q=%D0%A4%D0%A0%D0%A3%D0%9A%D0%A2) нужно наличие дерева.
Исправил назад.
